सुरेश रैना हमारे इंडियन टीम टॉप खिलाड़ियोंमेसे एक नाम जिन्होंने धोनी के साथ ही 15 अगस्त 2020 को आंतरराष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट को अलविदा कह दिया और सबको हैरान कर दिया। शायद दोनों ने सोचकर साथ यह फैसला किया या और अपनी मित्रता की एक मिसाल बना दी। धोनी और रैना जब भी साथ खेले है टीम इंडिया को एक मजबूत मिडल ऑर्डर मिली है और टीम हमेशा जीतती आयी है। धोनी और रैना आईपीएल में csk के साथ खेलते है और टीम को जिताने में अपनी जी जान लगा देते है। रैना नाम सुनके ही एल बेस्ट फील्डर, एक बेस्ट तेज लेफ्ट हैंड बैट्समैन , एक स्पिनर बॉलर और टीम को जितवाने के लिए जी जान लगानेवाला खिलाड़ी याद आता है।आईपीएल में विराट कोहली के बाद दूसरे सबसे ज्यादा रन बनाने वाली खिलाड़ी रैना को mr. आईपीएल भी कहा जाता है। ऐसे ही टीम इंडिया के बेहतरिन खिलाड़ी रैना को इस मुकाम तक पहुंचने के लिए कितनी मेहनत करनी पड़ी क्या आप जानते है???
रैना का जन्म 27 नवम्बर 1986 को मुरादनगर उत्तरप्रदेश में हुआ। रैना के पिता त्रिलोकचंद रैना एक आर्मी ऑफिसर थे और माँ परवेश रैना एक हाउसवाइफ थी। रैना को 3 बड़े भाई थे उनका नाम नरेश,मुकेश और दिनेश था, रैना को एक बड़ी बहन भी थी जिसका नाम रेनु था। रैना परिवार में सबसे छोटे होने के वजह से सबसे ज्यादा लाड प्यार उनका ही होता था। रैना ने क्रिकेट को सीरियसली लेना 14 सालके उम्र में किया और इसी कारण रैना कारण रैना अपने परिवार से दूर लखनऊ चले गए। लखनऊ के गुरु गोविंद स्पोर्ट्स कॉलेज में रैना एडमिशन ले लिया और प्रैक्टिस सुरु कर दी। वहाँपर जाकर रैना अपनी जी जान क्रिकेट के प्रैक्टिस मे लगा दी हालांकि के वहा जाकर रैना को काफी परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ा। रैना वहाँपर जाकर रैगिंग का शिकार बन गए तब भी रैना ने अपनी मेहनत करना नही छोड़ा और यही परिशानिया उन्हें मजबूती दे गयीं। रैना बहुत ज्यादा मेहनत करने लगे और उनके मेहनत का फल भी उनको जल्द ही मिला।
जल्द ही अपने अच्छी परफॉर्मेंस के वजह रैना उत्तरप्रदेश के अंडर 16 टीम के कप्तान बन गए।लेकिन रैना लोगोंकी नजरमे तब आना सुरु हुए जब रैना अंडर 19 इंग्लैंड के दौरे के लिए 15 साल के उम्र में सेलेक्ट किया गया और इसके बाद रैना अंडर 17 टीम के साथ श्रीलंका दौरे के लिए भी गए। रैना ने अपना रणजी डेब्यु 2003 में उत्तरप्रदेश के साथ खेलते हुए आसाम के खिलाफ किया।जब रैना ने रनजी खेल स्टार्ट किया तब रैना को उम्र सिर्फ 16 साल थी। हमेशा अच्छे प्रदर्शन देते रहने से रैना का सेलेक्शन 2004 में अंडर 19 वर्ल्डकप के लिए हुआ और इस वर्ल्डकप में रैना ने शानदार 3 हाफ सेंचुरी लगाकर अपनी काबिलियत को साबित किया। अंडर 19 के बेहतरीन प्रदर्शन से रैना को बॉर्डर गावसकर स्कोलरशिप मिली जिसकी वजह उन्होंने ऑस्ट्रेलियन क्रिकेट अकादमी में एडमिशन लिया और अपने स्किल्स और टेक्निक को और भी बेहतर किया।
डोमेस्टिक क्रिकेट में अच्छे प्रदर्शन के वजह से रैना का सेलेक्शन 30 जुलाई 2005 में श्रीलंका के दौरे के लिए हुआ लेकिन उस मैच में रैना जीरो पे आउट हो गए। अगले कुछ मैचों में रैना अच्छा नही कर पाए। रैना डोमेस्टिक क्रिकेट में अच्छा करते और आंतरराष्ट्रीय में फैल हो जाते इस वजह रैना टीम से 2006 में बाहर हो गए । इसके बाद रैना 2008 के आईपीएल में चेन्नई के साथ खेलते दिखे और रैना ने वहाँपर शानदार 421 रन्स बनाये, इस अच्छे प्रदर्शन के वजह से रैना का सेलेक्शन एशिया कप के लिए हुआ , रैनाने वाहिपे अच्छा प्रदर्शन किया और तभी से रैना टीम इंडिया के मजबूत मिडडल आर्डर के टॉप बल्लेबाज बना गए। उसके बाद रेन के t20 डेब्यु साउथ अफ्रीका के खिलाफ 2006 में हुआ।इसके लंबे समय बाद 2010 में रैना का टेस्ट डेब्यु 2010 में श्रीलंका के खिलाफ हुआ।
रैना की पर्सनल लाइफ की बात करे तो रैना की शादी 2015 में उनकी बचपन की दोस्त प्रियांका चौधरी से हुई है और उनको एक बेटी भी है जिसका नाम ग्रासीया है।
रैना उन कुछ कमाल के ख़िलाडियोमे से एक है जिन्होंने क्रिकेट के तिन्ही फॉर्मेटोमे सेंचुरी लगाई है। आईपीएल की बात करे तो रैना csk के साथ ही खेलते है और csk के वाईस कैप्टन भी है, लेकिन 2015-16 चेन्नई के बैन की वजह से रैना गुजरात के तरफ से खेलते थे और टीम के कैप्टन थे। रैना बहुत ज्यादा बॉलीवुड के भी फैन है और उन्होंने मेरठिया गैंगस्टर मूवी में तू मिला सब मिला गाना भी गाया है।
रैना ने अबतक 18 टेस्ट खेले है और 768 रन्स बनाये है जिसमे एक शतक और 7 अर्धशतक शामिल है। odi के बात करे तो रैना ने अबतक 226 odi खेले है और 5615 रन्स बनाये है जिसमे 5 शतक और 36 अर्धशतक शामिल है। t20 में रैना 78 मैच और 1605 रन्स रन्स बनाये है जिसमे 1 शतक और 5 अर्धशतक शामिल है। आईपीएल में रैना ने 193 मैच में 5368 रन्स बनाये है जिसमे 38 अर्धशतक और एक शतक शामिल है, और सुरेश रैना आईपीएल में सबसे ज्यादा रन्स बनाने वाले दूसरे बल्लेबाज है। गेंदबाजी के8 बात करे तो रैना ने अबतक टेस्ट में 13, odi में 36, t20में 13 और आईपीएल में 25 विकेट लिए है।

Raina was born on 27 November 1986 in Muradnagar, Uttar Pradesh. Raina's father Trilokchand Raina was an army officer and mother Parvesh Raina was a housewife. Raina had 3 elder brothers, his name was Naresh, Mukesh and Dinesh, Raina also had an elder sister named Renu. Being the youngest in the Raina family, he was the most dearly loved. Raina took cricket seriously at the age of 14 and that's why Raina moved away from his family to Lucknow. Raina took admission in Guru Govind Sports College, Lucknow and started practice. After going there, Raina devoted his life to the practice of cricket, although Raina had to face a lot of problems there. Raina went there and became a victim of ragging even then Raina did not give up his hard work and this hard work gave him strength. Soon, Raina became the captain of Uttar Pradesh's Under 16 team due to his good performance. Raina made his Ranji debut against Assam in 2003 while playing with Uttar Pradesh. Raina was only 16 years old when Raina started playing Ranji. Raina was selected for a tour of Sri Lanka on 30 July 2005 due to his good performance in domestic cricket but in that match Raina was zeroed out. Raina could not do well in the next few matches. Raina dropped out of the team in 2006, due to Raina doing well in domestic cricket and spreading to international. After this, Raina was seen playing with Chennai in the 2008 IPL and Raina made a brilliant 421 runs there, due to this good performance, Raina was selected for the Asia Cup, Ranane Wahipay performed well and since then Raina has been a strong midlead of Team India.
