के एल राहुल हमारे टीम इंडिया के जाने माने बल्लेबाज जिनकी बैटिंग टेक्निक से सब तालिया बजाने पर मजबूर हो जाते है। राहुल ने अपनी तेज बैटिंग से पूरी दुनिया को सबको हमेशा प्रभावित किया है, उनकी 2018 में आईपीएल में पंजाब की तरफ से खेलते हुए दिल्ली की खिलाफ की 14 बॉल में 50 वाली पारी कोई नई भूल सकता ,ये पारी आईपीएल इतिहास की सबसे तेज 50 वाली पारी है। राहुल डोमेस्टिक क्रिकेट में शानदार बैटिंग से नाम कमाने वाले आज के समय मे ना केवल भारत मे बल्कि पूरी दुनिया मे अपने टैलेंट का जलवा बिखेर चुके है।इंटरनेशनल क्रिकेट में अब राहुल एक टॉप ओपनर के रूपमे जाने जाते है, पर क्या आप जानते है राहुल ने इस मुकाम तक पहुंचने के लिए कितनी मेहनत की है।
राहुल का जन्म 18 अप्रैल 1992 में मंगलोर, कर्नाटक में हुआ। राहुल के पिता K N लोकेश एक प्रोफेसर है साथ ही NIT कनार्टक में एक्टिंग डायरेक्टर भी है। राहुल की माँ राजेश्वरी भी मैंगलोर यूनिवर्सिटी में प्रोफेसर है। राहुल की एक बहन भी है जिसका नाम भावना है। राहुल के पिता क्रिकेट के बहुत ही ज्यादा फैन थे, वह अपने बेटे का नाम महान क्रिकेटर सुनील गावसकर के बेटे रोहन गावसकर के नाम पर रखना चाहते थे। लेकिन राहुल के पिता ने रोहन का नाम राहुल ही समझ लिया था इसलिये उन्होंने अपने बेटे का नाम राहुल ही रख दिया। 11 साल के उम्र में राहुल ने क्रिकेट खेलना चालू कर दिया था, उनका क्रिकेट के प्रति लगाव शायद उनके पिता से ही आया था। राहुल अपनी स्कूल की पढाई NITK इंग्लिश मीडियम स्कूल सुरथकल में की ओर अपनी कॉलेज की पढाई श्री भगवान महावीर जैन कॉलेज बंगलोर में की। राहुल 18 साल के थे तब उन्होंने अपनी कॉलेज की पढ़ाई और क्रिकेटिंग कैरियर आगे बढ़ाने के लिए बंगलोर शिफ्ट कर लिया।
बंगलोर में जाने राहुल क्रिकेट के लिए अच्छे से मेहनत करने लगे। राहुल का फर्स्ट क्लास डेब्यु कर्नाटक के तरफ से 2010-11 के सीजन में हुआ, साथ ही अच्छे प्रदर्शन के वजह से इसी साल उनको अंडर 19 वर्ल्डकप में खेलने का मौका मिला। राहुल को आईपीएल 2013 में खेलने का मौका मिला लेकिन यह सीजन उनके लिए अच्छा नही रह 5 मैचों में राहुल ने सिर्फ 20 रन ही बनाये, इस तरह राहुल अपने टैलेंट को लोगोंतक पहुंचाने के लिए नाकाम रहे। 2014 के आईपीएल में भी राहुल अच्छा प्रदर्शन नही कर पाए, 11 मैच में राहुल सिर्फ 166 रन्स ही बना पाए। लेकिन इसके बाद में राहुल ने अपनी टेक्निक में सुधार किया, और बहुत ज्यादा मेहनत की। 2014-15 में साउथ झोन के तरफ से खेलते हुए राहुल दिलीफ ट्रॉफी में सेंट्रल झोन के खिलाफ राहुल ने पहले इनिंग में 185 और दूसरी इनिंग में 130 रन्स की पारी खेली, और इससे फिर एक बार राहुल सेलक्टर की नजर में आये। और राहुल का इंडियन टीम में सेलेक्शन हुआ।
राहुल के डेब्यू की बात करे तो राहुल का टेस्ट में डेब्यू 26 दिसंबर 2014 में ऑस्ट्रेलिया के खिलाफ हुआ। राहुल का पहला टेस्ट बहुत ही बुरा रहा था, राहुल इस मैच में पहली इनिंग में 3 रन और दूसरे इनिंग में सिर्फ 1 रन बना पाए थे। लेकिंग इसके बाद भी राहुल को दूसरे टेस्ट के लिए मौका मिला, जहाँपर राहुल को मुरली विजय के साथ ओपनिंग करनी थी। इस मैच में राहुल ने शानदार 110 रन्स बनाये और साबित कर दिया कि उनकी काबिलियत क्या है। ऑस्ट्रेलिया से वापस आने के बाद उनकी शानदार फॉर्म जारी रही उन्होंने कर्नाटक कि ओरसे खेलते हुए ट्रिपल हंड्रेड लगा दिया। राहुल 2015 के आईपीएल में हैदराबाद के तरफ से खेलते हुए दिखाई दिए लेकिन फिरसे राहुल अच्छे नही खेल पाए, इस सीजन राहुल ने 9 मैचों में सिर्फ 142 रन्स बनाये। 2016 में राहुल थोड़े बेहतर दिखाई दिए rcb के साथ खेलते हुए राहुल ने 14 मैच 397 रन्स बनाये। इसी आईपीएल सीजन के तुरंत बाद राहुल का odi डेब्यु 11 जून 2016 ज़िम्बाब्वे के खिलाफ हुआ, इसी मैच में राहुल ने शतक लगा दिया और डेब्यू मैच में शतक लगाने वाले पहले भारतीय खिलाड़ी बन गए। इसके बाद तुरंत ही राहुल का t20 डेब्यू 18 जून 2016 को ज़िम्बाब्वे के खिलाफ ही हुआ, लेकिन राहुल अपने डेब्यु मैच में बिना खाता खोले ही आउट हो गये थे।
राहुल कि पर्सनल लाइफ की बात करे तो राहुल का नाम आजतक बहुत लड़कियों के साथ जोड़ा गया है। राहुल और हार्दिक कॉपी विथ करण इस tv प्रोग्राम कुछ अलग कहने के वजह कुछ दिन क्रिकेट से बैन भी हुए थे, इसके बाद राहुल और हार्दिक बहुत ही ज्यादा ट्रोल हुए थे। लेकिन उसमें बाद से राहुल ने क्रिकेट में अच्छी वापसी की है। राहुल का हालि में उनका अफेयर gf एक्ट्रेस अथिया शेट्टी के साथ है और वो दोनों काफी बार एकसाथ दिखाई दिए है।
राहुल का क्रिकेटिंग करियर अबतक बहुत ज्यादा उतार चढ़ाव भरा रहा है। लेकिन पिछले कुछ दीनो में राहुल ने अच्छी पारीया खेली है। वर्ल्डकप 2019 भी उनके लिए अच्छा रहा था, शिखर धवन के इंज्यूरी के बाद इंडियन टिम को ओपनर की कमी थी लेकिन राहुल ने वह कमी पूरी कर दी थी राहुल वर्ल्डकप में एक शतक और दो अर्धशतक लगाए थे। आईपीएल के अच्छे प्रदर्शन के वजह से राहुल इससाल आईपीएल 2020 में किंग्स पंजाब 11 के कैप्टन बने है।
राहुल के टैलेंट ने हमेशा सबको प्रभावित किया है, t20 में राहुल बहुत ही ज्यादा तेज खलने में माहिर है। राहुल ने जब भी मौका मिला इंडियन टीम के लिए अच्छा प्रदर्शन करने की कोशिश की है और टीम के जीत में योगदान दिया है, उम्मीद है इसके बाद भी राहुल अच्छा करेंगे और टीम को जीत दिलाते रहेंगे। उनके अगले क्रिकेटिंग कैरियर के लिए शुभकामनाये।।।।।

Rahul was born on 18 April 1992 in Mangalore, Karnataka. Rahul's father K N Lokesh is a professor as well as acting director at NIT Karnataka. Rahul's mother Rajeshwari is also a professor at Mangalore University. Rahul also has a sister named Bhavna. Rahul's father was very much a fan of cricket, he wanted to name his son after Rohan Gavaskar, son of legendary cricketer Sunil Gavaskar. But Rahul's father understood Rohan's name as Rahul, so he named his son Rahul only. Rahul started playing cricket at the age of 11, his fondness for cricket probably came from his father. Rahul studied his school at NITK English Medium School, Surathkal and did his college studies at Sri Bhagwan Mahaveer Jain College, Bangalore. Rahul was 18 when he shifted to Bangalore to pursue his college studies and cricketing career.
Moving to Bangalore, Rahul started working hard for cricket. Rahul's first class debut was for Karnataka in the 2010–11 season, as well due to his good performance, he got a chance to play in the Under-19 World Cup this year. Rahul got a chance to play in IPL 2013 but this season was no good for him, Rahul scored only 20 runs in 5 matches, thus Rahul failed to bring his talent to the people. Rahul could not perform well in the 2014 IPL as well, Rahul was able to make only 166 runs in 11 matches. But later Rahul improved his technique, and worked very hard. Playing for South Zone in 2014-15, Rahul scored 185 runs in the first inning and 130 runs in the second inning against Central Jhon in the Rahul Dilif Trophy, and once again Rahul came into the eye of the cellar. And Rahul was selected in the Indian team.
Talking about Rahul's debut, Rahul made his Test debut against Australia on 26 December 2014. Rahul's first Test was very bad, Rahul was able to score 3 runs in the first inning and only 1 in the second inning. Even after taking it, Rahul got a chance for the second Test, where Rahul had to open with Murali Vijay. In this match, Rahul scored a magnificent 110 runs and proved what his ability is. After coming back from Australia, his superb form continued, he played a triple hundredred while playing for Karnataka. Rahul appeared for Hyderabad in the 2015 IPL but again Rahul did not play well, this season Rahul scored just 142 runs in 9 matches. In 2016, Rahul appeared a little better, playing with rcb, Rahul made 14 matches 397 runs. Soon after this IPL season, Rahul's odi debut was against Zimbabwe on 11 June 2016, in this match Rahul scored a century and became the first Indian player to score a century in a debut match. Rahul's t20 debut immediately after that was against Zimbabwe on 18 June 2016, but Rahul was dismissed without opening an account in his debut match.
Talking about Rahul's personal life, Rahul's name has been linked with many girls till date. Rahul and Hardik copy with Karan This TV program was banned from cricket for a few days because of saying something different, after which Rahul and Hardik were very much trolled. But since then Rahul has made a good comeback in cricket. Rahul recently has his affair with gf actress Athiya Shetty and both of them have appeared together many times.
Rahul's cricketing career has been very volatile so far. But Rahul has played a good innings in the last few days.
